Join us for The Hudson Valley National Center for Veteran Reintegration’s second annual Memorial Day motorcycle run entitled A Ride to Remember! The goal of A Ride to Remember is to pay respect to military personnel who sacrificed their lives while protecting our freedoms. This year’s ride is in honor of Sgt. Shawn M. Farrell II, an Ulster County resident, who was killed in action on April 28th, 2014, in Nejrab District, Kapisa Province, Afghanistan. Please join us on Monday, May 30 at 9:15 a.m. for check-in and light refreshments, with a 10 a.m. departure from 100-800 Enterprise Drive, Kingston NY, and an 11 a.m. arrival in New Paltz for the groundbreaking of the Ulster County Veterans Cemetery. For the safety of our riders this event is open to motorcyclists only. However, everyone is invited to join us at the conclusion of the ride for the Groundbreaking of the Expansion of the Ulster County Veteran's Cemetery in New Paltz!
