A distinguished writer and public servant, Chris is the author of The Spirit of Philadelphia (2025), Rally Point (2017), and Securing the State (2019). His career spans military, academic, and political leadership, including service as the 12th President of Siena College, U.S. Congressman for Upstate New York (2011–2017), and a Colonel in the U.S. Army.
