Event Description:
Join us for the Mind, Body, & Soul Youth & Parent Expo, a day of fun dedicated to nurturing the well-being of our youth and families. Hosted by the Ulster County Department of Mental Health in partnership with the Ulster County Youth Bureau, this event promises a day filled with activities to nourish the mind, body, and soul!

- 11am-12pm | Resources, Speakers, & Music Performers in the Main Gym
- 12-1pm | My Kingston Kids Gaming 7 VR or Revitalize & Renew with Leah Gooch
- 1-2pm | Shooting Hoops (all ages), Rowing & Cycling (14+)
- 2-3pm | Pickleball (all ages), Boxing & Cycle (14+)
- 2-3:30pm | "Flick & Float" Watch INSIDE OUT while floating in the pool!
