The Leadership Ulster Alumni Committee is thrilled to recognize Founding Executive Director, Ingrid Kulick, as this year’s Alumni Hall of Fame Honoree.

The Foundation was started in 2014 to support the educational initiatives of the Ulster Chamber and Ingrid has been instrumental in growing Leadership Ulster into the signature program it is today.  “Not only has Ingrid coordinated sessions for the past ten years designed to inform and inspire members of the business community to lead and mentor in our region, as well as providing networking opportunities with local business, non-profit, and governmental leaders, but she also initiated the Alumni Hall of Fame, the Youth Leadership and Career Development Program, and the Ulster Women in Leadership networking events,” says Su Marcy, current executive director.  “Ingrid took an idea and built the Foundation into what it is today.”  In addition, Kulick provides consulting to area non-profits for strategic planning, governance, and board development.  “Her positive impact on the region’s non-profits is invaluable,” noted Ward Todd, Ulster Chamber President.
