Housing Providers of New York State, Inc.

HVPOA is a non-charitable not-for-profit organized under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, for the promotion of the general welfare, improvement of business conditions and common business interests of property owners within the nine counties of New York State commonly known as the Hudson Valley, namely, Columbia, Greene, Ulster, Sullivan, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, Putnam & Westchester Counties. HVPOA engages in general public education, legislative advocacy, public awareness, and other activities.
